Graphite Tape
It is a braided graphite tape made from pure graphite fibers. This braided tape can be used as a nearly endless sealing tape to seal all flange forms and styles.
The tape could be used in flat-face or raised face flange connections at pressure up to 25 bar. For high pressure applications the tape should be installed in a retaining groove. The packing can be stored in its original packaging for a minimum of 3 years in dry, cool, conditions. The maximum stated operating temperature and pressure cannot be used simultaneously.
APPLICATION:
To be used as an endless gasket-strip for vessels and flanges of extreme uneven, high temperature and high pressure. Used in Heat-Exchangers, boilers, pipes, doors, covers, etc. Easy handling and installation to every size, also used as a universal-gasket during revisions, etc. Since there is no scrap or waste, it costs less than other gasket materials. By using only a few sizes, large inventories of gasket sheet and costly precut gaskets can be eliminated. Installation time is kept to a minimum since there are no templates, precutting or special fitting requirements.

Corrugated Graphite Tape
Corrugated graphite tape (crinkled graphite tape) is made from plain flexible graphite tape pressed under corrugated mold. It designed for use as packing, widely used for pump and valves. It is easily installed for small diameter valves. Corrugated graphite tape with Self-adhesive is used for flange sealing as gasket, especially for large diameter flanges.
APPLICATION:
Designed for use as packing, just with wrapping tape to stem or shaft, and then stuffing, endless packing can be formed. It ¡s easily installed for small diameter valves, and can also be used for emergencies when spare packings are not available.
It can handle hot water, high temperature and pressure steam, heat transfer fluid, hydrogen gas, ammonia, organic solvents and so on.
